My Fitness Journey... So Far

I would like to preface this by saying that I am no fitness expert nor do I claim to be. I have been working out regularly for only a few months, so in no way do I know as much as others, I just simply want to share my story with those who are interested. So, let's begin... Over the past couple of years, I attempted to start going to the gym several times. I would go, if you may call it "steadily" for a few days then I would find an excuse not to go for one day and never go back for months on end. My excuses consisted of "I am too sore" or "I am too exhausted" and though to this present day, these are some reasons why I don't train for one day, there's a vast difference in my mentality then vs. now.
